Returns and Refunds

RETURN POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you can request to return the item within 15 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, labeled and in its original packaging.
You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To arrange a return, please contact us at walletodubai@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. No returns will be accepted without a prior return request.

Please also note that shipping costs for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. WalletoDubai takes no responsibility and will not issue a refund if the returned merchandise is not sent to our international warehouse first.

NOTE: If the reason for the return is a customer error in choosing the product, we do not guarantee a refund.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate and solve the problem with the highest priority.

Shipping costs for returned items are the buyer's responsibility. WalletoDubai takes no responsibility and will not issue a refund if the defective/damaged item is not returned to our international warehouse first.

Please note: The defective/damaged/correct item must be returned in all cases in order to be exchanged or refunded.

EXCHANGE
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once your return has been received and processed and will let you know within 24 hours of processing whether or not your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, it will automatically be transferred to your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
